EXSTO EMPOWER GRANT

£500 to Help You Level Up
Real support for women pursuing fitness, purpose, or personal growth — especially when they’re doing it without much help.

This is a £500 fund awarded to women across the UK and Ireland who are chasing something bigger — a fitness goal, a business idea, a comeback, or a mission that matters.

It’s not a competition. It’s not a gimmick. It’s us living our mission: to empower, inspire, and create opportunity.

Who Can Apply

We’re looking for women who are:

  • Training toward a fitness goal or qualification

  • Wanting to start or build a meaningful business or personal brand

  • Leading or supporting community projects, sports teams, or local clubs

  • Uplifting others through coaching, creativity, or purpose-driven work

If you’re doing the work — even without a big platform or budget — this is for you.

What Can the £500 Be Used For

This grant is flexible — it’s about helping you take your next step.
Some ways it can be used:

  • Pay for a course, coaching, or certification

  • Cover travel or childcare to attend an event

  • Buy equipment, tech tools, or build a website

  • Invest in a project that helps others

What It Can’t Be Used For

To make sure the grant creates real impact, it cannot be used for:

  • Personal luxury or shopping

  • Debt repayments

  • Travel unrelated to your stated goal

  • General expenses not linked to your application

  • Marketing gimmicks or reselling stock

We want this grant to move the needle — not just make life a bit easier.

How It Will Be Judged

To keep things fair and transparent, all applications will be reviewed and scored based on:

  1. Clarity of Purpose

  2. Personal Drive and Initiative

  3. The Potential Impact of the Grant

Judging will be carried out by Mike McAuley and the team at Exsto, with support from independent external contributors to ensure impartiality and fairness throughout the process.

Sharing Your Story

If selected, you may be asked to share how the grant is helping you — through a short video, written update, or social media post — which may be featured on Exsto’s platforms.

This helps us inspire others and show the power of real support in action. You’ll have full control over how your story is shared.
